IT Recruitment Fees

This fee covers all advertising, application collection, pre-screening interviews, arrangement of formal interview with you and negotiation of salary in line with the employer's requirement.

Some IT recruitment firms charge extra for the provision of a company car and certain other taxable benefits. IT-Recruiter.com does not.

The fee is payable within 14 days of the candidate's formal acceptance of your job offer and is subject to a rebate scale during the first eight weeks of employment in the unlikel event that things don't quite work out.

The rebate is calculated as follows:

Rebates are subject to IT-Recruiter.com being offered exclusive opportunity to refill the position.

The rebate will be awarded against the resultant replacement recruitment fee. If we are unsuccessful in replacing the candidate, the fee will be refunded in accordance with the above rebate scale.

For the avoidance of doubt, the rebate is calculated from the leaving date.

Rebates do not apply in cases of redundancy.

In the event that a candidate introduced by IT-Recruiter.com accepts a position with you within 26 weeks of the introduction being made, the placement fee becomes payable, regardless of whether the candidate is re-introduced by another party.

Day Rates

IT-Recruiter.com also offers a recruitment consultancy service to employers, based on a daily rate.

This flexible service is offered to clients seeking help or advice with certain elements of the recruitment process, including recruitment advertising, interviewing, salary negotiation, job fair representation etc.

I also offer clients the opportunity to use my own unique online advertising system without the need to pay an additional recruitment placement fee.

The day rate is currently charged at £1000 per day (or part day) including travel anywhere in the UK.
