This should be read by all hiring managers.
"The recruitment industry is in a bit of state in the UK
- I think someone like you can certainly change it.
I recently used a job site such as monster, totaljobs etc
as my day job was under threat.
So I posted my c.v. online and I got about 30 different
agencies pestering me and I mean pestering me 3 or 4 calls
per day.
As I was often busy my personal mobile wouldnt be answered
so one of these agencies called my employer to get me work
mobile phone number and contact me on that!
Needless to say my words were strong towards the director
of this recruitment company.
Then it goes to show Im only a canditate what must they be
doing to the actual CLIENT!"
